One Minute Alone with the Sony Ericsson Paris (Video)

We’ve seen our fair share of Sony Ericsson Paris spy shots, so it’s about time that we get to see this sliding smartphone in action. Video is just oh so much better than blurry stills, wouldn’t you agree?

It’s not exactly an honest hands-on session, because the video embedded below is a leaked promotional spot for the Sony Ericsson Paris. In the video, we get to see some of the phone’s most important features in action. There’s the SureType keyboard for messaging, the touchscreen display for ease of access, and the integrated map and weather application for keeping out of Mother Nature’s way.

Towards the end of the video, we also get to see the video player and the integrated camera. Most of the spots are pretty brief, but it gives you a good sense of how this phone will work. Enjoy.

The Wowee One is a small portable bass speaker (subwoofer) measuring 4.7 x 2.4 x 1-inches. It’s capable of sending out 90db of sound between the 40Hz – 20KHz range, and creating a dynamic subwoofer out of nearly any flat surface imaginable. It has an internal battery with an estimated 20 hours of playtime per charge.

The Etch A Sketch was a small box-like toy filled with aluminum powder that could be scraped off the inside surface of the glass to create a dark line on its light gray screen. Two knobs would allow you to move vertically and horizontally across the screen to create either a mess of lines, or a fantastic image. When you were done, just give it an upside down shake, and you can start allover again.

The Legend also comes with a bunch of other improvements too, including operating off the newer HSPA network.
